Review
"This charming little how-to guide by Chicago-based comedy writers Kibblesmith and Weiner makes a great gift for the clueless and unaccomplished friends in your life (let's face it, you have plenty of those!). Before you have the chance to gift-wrap it for them, it's worth thumbing through yourself. "

Refuse to Lose

After reading this book I have come to dominate my friends, companions and enemies in all aspects of life. I high-five strangers in elevators, beautiful women glance at me cautiously as I shout at them from across the street, and best of all, my life-long nemesis was brutally murdered by wild hogs. Highly recommended.

Victory

Until purchasing this book, I didn't realize just how far away I was from winning at everyday activities such as reading and faking my own death. Now, I'm starting to win things just by virtue of being in the room. Thanks, guys!

Sharp, delightful satire that doesn't outlast it's welcome
By BETAMAX SUPLEX
How to Win at Everything provides a much needed lambasting of the deluded world of Tony Robbins style hucksters selling snake oil to a culture of gullible marks. The two star review of the poor soul who bought this book expecting easy answers is testament to how deeply self help culture has seeped into every inch of the cultural landscape. The humor is breezy and absurd but the harbors just enough anger in it's heart to feel potent. HtWaE joins the hallowed ranks of The Onion books, John Hodgman, and Jack Handey by achieving the rare feat of delivering fast paced laughs while always feeling substantive.
